How to use this list
Do not try to prepare an answer for every question. Pick the five or six stories from your career that flex across themes — failure, conflict, initiative, pressure, ambiguity — and map each story to several questions here. Then rehearse delivery with the practice tool and polish structure with the STAR builder. The question bank grows over time; the method stays the same.
